COMPANY POLICIES:
We will allow pets in most of our residential rentals if they are of a reasonable size, age, species, nature and trained properly. We reserve the right to require "meeting" your pet first.
All of our residential rental properties are NON-SMOKING residences and this is clearly stated in our leases.
We require an application from all adults who will be occupying a property. The application form can be downloaded from the link in the menu at the left. It must be signed and accompanied by a $25 application fee. Once completed, the application can be faxed in, if payment is made immediately following in the mail. Please call Tracy at 978-465-7047 to make arrangements for payment when faxing your application in. Our fax number is listed above.
DIRECTIONS TO THE OFFICE:
From Rt. 95, take exit 57, stay on Rt. 113 East (which becomes High St), you will cross over Rt. 1 and continue on High St. to the intersection with State St. (Mobil gas station on the corner). Go three more blocks and turn left onto Federal St. Come down Federal St. and at the end of the street turn left onto Water Street. Go past the glass building on your right and parking is behind that building. You can enter the lot just as you pass the building on your right. Our office is located in the basement.
