OK. Here's the scoop.
This site does two things.
- It allows people to find Commercial and Residential listings which are currently
available for rent or lease.
- It allows those realtors who post here, the ability to edit and manage their
property listings securely.
How do we do it?
- Registration - We require anyone who puts a listing here to register. We DO NOT share
ANY information you put here with ANYONE, Nor do we use that information for ANY
advertisements, emails, or unsolicited use.
- Accounts - When you register you will be given an account with which you will be able to
create a listing. When you register you will be asked for a name and password. This name
password combination will allow you access to our 'Backend'. That is where you will be
asked to set up a listing.
- Listings - You control what is posted on your listing! You are responsible for your listing. All
information regarding your listing is editable and controlled by you. (NSR.net is not
responsible for the data entered into the listings database.) If information is incorrect and/or
missing, you will need to login to the 'Backend' and correct the problem.
- Payment- We are currently offering this service to the general public and realtors for a
nominal fee of five dollars. The fees collected will go to the maintenance of this site, and any
additional fees collected will be donated to a local childrens project. This fee can be mailed
